Top and bottom

These projects advanced my pattern-making skills and design process. We began by creating a corset, starting with six designs and selecting one to develop. I chose a strapless neoprene corset with boning and a back zipper, using bias binding for a clean finish. The process involved draping, pattern drafting, and multiple samples before final construction. To complement the top, I designed pants that explored contrast, combining industrial cargo style, light reflective materials, and heavy hardware. The pants feature a relaxed, baggy fit, raw edges, a side zipper, and a detachable belt with straps.
